White-Label SEO Audit Tools: A Branded Technical Report

Filed Sep 19, 2026Figures checked Sep 24, 2026

A technical SEO audit is the easiest part of a client report to produce and the hardest to make look like yours. The tools that crawl best are built for practitioners and export spreadsheets; the tools that export beautifully are built for agencies and cost accordingly. Here are the four real options, with what each one does to the vendor's name.

Every price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page on 24 September 2026.

The four routes

Sitebulb Pro — the branded PDF, cheapest

$42 a month or $425 a year for one user. Customized PDF Reports and Audit Comparisons are both Pro features, and between them they produce the document most agencies actually want: a prioritised, explained list of issues, in your presentation, with last month's numbers beside this month's. Lite at $18 a month drops both, so Lite is not a white-label option.

The limit is what "white label" means here. It is a document with your styling on it. There is no portal, no custom domain and no sending address — those belong to reporting platforms rather than crawlers. For the technical annex of a monthly report, a document is usually all you need.

Partner link

Marked sponsored and nofollow. If this site is ever approved for the programme behind this button, a sign-up through it pays us a share of the subscription. Nothing here is ranked on that: the tools we put first on this page mostly pay us nothing at all. Prices change — read the vendor’s own page before you buy.

SE Ranking's audit inside the Agency Pack — the branded platform

SE Ranking audits 250,000 pages a month on Core and two million on Growth, and the Agency Pack at $69 a month puts white label across both the platform and the reporting. That means the client can be given a login to something that carries your branding rather than a PDF that does — a meaningfully different promise.

The Agency Pack is marked annual billing only on the pricing page, so this route comes with a year's commitment. It is also the only one of the four where the audit is bundled with rank tracking and keyword research you were probably buying anyway, which changes the arithmetic considerably if you are replacing two subscriptions with one.

AgencyAnalytics — branded everywhere, but not a crawler

AgencyAnalytics includes branded logo, colours, custom domain and custom email in its $20 per client per month rate on annual billing, which is the most complete removal of a vendor's name in this comparison. What it does not do is crawl. It collects from tools that crawl.

So this is a white-label wrapper rather than a white-label audit tool. If your technical data comes from somewhere else and you want it presented under your own domain and sent from your own address, this is the route — and you will still need a crawler behind it.

Screaming Frog plus your own template — free, and honest about it

The free SEO Spider crawls 500 URLs, which covers a large share of small-business sites entirely. Export the issues, paste them into your own document, and the branding is total because the document is yours. A paid licence is £199 per licence per year at one to four licences and adds crawl configuration, saved crawls, crawl comparison and the Looker Studio crawl report.

This route costs nothing and takes the longest, which is the trade every free option on this site makes. Screaming Frog runs no affiliate programme; it is recommended here on merit and pays this site nothing.

What "white label" fails to cover, in audits specifically

Three things survive branding more often than agencies notice.

The issue names. A tool's hint taxonomy is its own. If your audit says "Hint: Redirect Chain" and a client searches that phrasing, they will find the vendor. This is unavoidable and mostly harmless, but it is worth knowing it is there.

The export filename. Several tools name the download after themselves. Rename before sending; it takes two seconds and it is the single most common leak.

The crawl user-agent. If the client's developer looks at server logs, they will see which crawler visited. This is not a branding failure so much as a reminder that white label is about presentation to a client, not concealment from a technical team — and pretending otherwise with a developer will cost you credibility you need.

How often to actually run the audit

Monthly technical audits on a site that has not changed produce a monthly document that says nothing changed, which trains a client to stop reading. For most small-business sites a quarterly deep audit plus a monthly check of a handful of things — broken links, indexation count, page titles on the pages you touched — is both more honest and less work.

This changes the buying decision. If you are auditing quarterly, the scheduled-crawl feature matters less and the free route stretches further. If you are auditing monthly across fifteen clients, scheduling and comparison are the whole product and paying for them is straightforward.

What to do with the audit once it is branded

Three-quarters of the value of a technical audit is in the triage, and no tool does that for you. A prioritised list of three hundred issues is still three hundred issues; what a client needs is the five you are going to fix this quarter and why those five. Sitebulb's prioritisation is a good starting point and it is not a decision — it does not know that this client's traffic is ninety per cent from one page template.

So the branded export is the appendix, not the report. The page a client reads is the one where you wrote: here are the five, here is what each is costing, here is the order. Every tool in this post will produce the appendix; none of them will write that page.

Choosing

Small roster, tight budget: Screaming Frog free plus your own template. Upgrade to a licence when saved crawls and comparison start costing you real time.

Monthly branded audit for several clients: Sitebulb Pro. It is the cheapest tool built to produce a client-facing document, and $425 a year is less than a day of most agencies' time.

Already buying an SEO suite: SE Ranking with the Agency Pack, assuming you can live with annual billing. One subscription covering audit, rank tracking and branded reporting is simpler than three.

Wrapping other tools' data in your own domain: AgencyAnalytics, and keep the crawler you have.

The full comparison of the reporting platforms, with the per-client sums, is on the SEO reporting software page. The detailed look at the crawler itself is in the Sitebulb review, and the five surfaces a vendor's name can survive on are in white-label SEO tools.

Branded audit questions

What is a white-label SEO audit tool?
A crawler or platform that produces a technical SEO audit carrying your agency's branding rather than the vendor's. In practice it means one of two things: a styled PDF export, which is what Sitebulb Pro's Customized PDF Reports gives you, or a branded platform the client can log into, which is what SE Ranking's Agency Pack and AgencyAnalytics provide.
Is there a free white-label SEO audit tool?
Not in the strict sense, but there is a free route: Screaming Frog's SEO Spider crawls 500 URLs at no cost, and pasting its findings into your own document makes the branding total because the document is yours. It takes longer than a styled export, which is the trade. A Screaming Frog licence is £199 per licence per year for one to four licences and adds saved crawls and crawl comparison.
Which is cheapest for branded audits?
Free if you use Screaming Frog's 500-URL crawler and your own template. Among paid tools, Sitebulb Pro at $42 a month or $425 a year is the cheapest built for the job, with Audit Comparisons and Customized PDF Reports both included. SE Ranking's Agency Pack at $69 a month brands the whole platform rather than a document, but is annual billing only.

The prices behind every entry sit together on the comparison of SEO reporting software, and the branding question has its own page at white-label SEO tools. Figures are readings taken on the dates shown — confirm at the vendor before you buy.
